Matilda Kjell is a New York–based photographer and graphic designer, originally from Sweden, who has worked with numerous brands, agencies, and influencers across Europe, Scandinavia, and the United States.

She began her photographic studies in Santa Barbara, California, and continued in Milan, Italy, where she graduated as Valedictorian while honing her craft as a fashion photographer, retoucher, and visual artist.

Matilda built her career as an independent photographer in Stockholm and Copenhagen, where she collaborated with clients across fashion, lifestyle, and design. Now working between New York and Europe, she has photographed for leading beauty and skincare brands across the U.S., including Skin Spectrum, Evolve MKD, and Marmur Medical, and has collaborated with clients such as Revance, Cutera, Julien’s Auctions, Scotiabank, Klarna, Pharrell Williams and Joopiter, Who What Wear, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her work has also been featured in outlets such as Hypebeast and the New York Post.

With a strong passion for design, fashion, and art, Matilda brings a distinct photographic style that merges Scandinavian minimalism with editorial sophistication.
